Craig J Wild, CPA

Managing Partner; graduated Hofstra University in 1979 with a BBA with a specialization in Accounting. Craig has been actively practicing in the accounting field for over 40 years. Craig specializes in individual income tax and small business accounting as well as having extensive experience in the areas of Asset Protection, Family Limited Partnerships, Not-for-Profit and Voluntary Disclosure of Foreign Assets. Craig represents clients in matters involving the Internal Revenue Service, state and city tax authorities, including examination, collection and appeals representation. Craig currently serves as a Board Member and Treasurer for North Shore Synagogue, Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity and for Criss Angel's Johnny Crisstopher Children’s Charitable Foundation. Craig previously served as Board Member and Treasurer of the Zeta Beta Tau Foundation.

James S Maney, CPA

Graduated Hofstra University in 1990 with a BBA with a specialization in Accounting. Jim's 20 years of experience and knowledge of business management, real estate management, taxation and financial accounting give him a wide range of skills to assist clients with accounting and financial needs. He consults in the real estate, construction, entertainment, professional services, retail and healthcare industries on many tax and accounting matters. Jim oversees client accounting, financial reporting and tax preparation functions. He also has valuable experience with financial budgeting, financial management, forecasts and projections. He advises on income tax, deal structuring, and financial statement issues. Jim also assists in recommending tax structure, identifying areas of tax exposure, and determining specific opportunities for tax savings. With his extensive tax experience, Jim represents clients in matters involving the Internal Revenue Service, state and city tax authorities, including examination, collection and appeals representation. He is often called upon for his tax insight and innovative tax planning strategies.

Alex Resnick, CPA

Graduated the State University of New York at Albany in 1989 with a BA in Economics and in 1993 from Long Island University CW Post with a MS in Accounting. In his 25 years of experience he has worked extensively representing clients in matters related to sales and use tax and income tax audits. Alex specializes in manufacturing, food distribution services, restaurants, construction and the petroleum industry, as well as Qualified Empire Zone businesses. In addition to advising his clients in the areas of accounting and tax planning, Alex has worked extensively with clients in the areas of business succession planning and business entity selection. He currently serves on the Executive Board of the New York State Society of C.P.A.’s (NYSSCPA) – Nassau Chapter and is Co-chair of the NYSSCPA Nassau chapter small firm Map committee; he previously has served as the president of the Long Island Network of Accountants, and as a member and treasurer of National Kitchen & Bath Association Metro NY chapter.

Matthew Taus, CPA/PFS, CFP®

Graduated Hofstra University in 2008 with a BBA with specialization in Accounting. He began his career with KPMG performing audits of large multinational companies before transitioning to financial and tax planning for a diversified group of mid-size businesses and individuals focusing on advising high wealth business owners, real estate professionals, and families in the areas of trust, estate and gift tax planning, income tax, and international tax matters. Matthew is an active board member of the Estate Planning Council and the National Conference of CPA Practitioners through which he serves on the tax committee and as vice-chair of the NextGen committee. Matthew is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of CPA's, and Financial Planning Association, and regularly speaks and writes on tax matters for organizations and publications.

Kenneth Hauptman, CPA

Graduated Brooklyn College in 1972 with a BS in Economics with a specialization in Accounting and in 1979 from Long Island University CW Post with a MS in Taxation. Ken has been practicing public accounting for over 45 years previously as a partner in a mid-size local firm as well as his own practice. Ken is well versed as a general practitioner in that he has been involved in performing a variety of services for a diverse base of clientele ; Audit, Review and Compilation of Financial Statements, Tax consultation, representation and preparation. Ken is currently the vice-president of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners (NCCPAP) a national organization of CPA practitioners that advocates issues and matters which affect CPA Firms.

Stephen Irwin, CPA

Stephen graduated Providence College, RI with a BA in Accounting. After beginning his career at KPMG working on audits of large multi-national companies, Stephen went on to build a diversified tax and accounting firm with a focus on the practices of medicine, dentistry, and law. He has assisted many professionals in successfully navigating the dynamic changes in healthcare. With more than four decades of experience, Stephen continues to provide insightful personal and business tax planning. He advises his high wealth clients in dealing with changes in trust and estate law that affect the successful transfer of their assets.

Thomas G. Fitzpatrick, CPA

Graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. After his first year of college he started working for the firm that became his practice. He developed the practice into one that concentrated on but was not limited to the practices of medicine and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. In addition, he continues to provide his personal clients with trust, estate and family planning. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA), and the National Conference of Certified Public Accountant Practitioners (NCCPAP)

His specialties include individual and business taxation, financial reporting, audits, reviews and compilations. With a focus on servicing small to medium sized businesses, Will is committed to delivering tax and financial services that meet each client’s unique objectives. Will holds memberships with the American Institute of certified Public Accountants and National Conference of CPA Practitioners. Will also currently serves as financial secretary for his local Knights of Columbus council.
